The Principle Holds the Power to Conquer Ignorance

Do you realize that going out of Ignorance is not simply intellectual process, but a spiritual process of maturation?
What are the amin objectives the Divine Principle as the Completed Testament Word fulfils?
1. To learn God's absolute spiritual laws and recognize the Lord of the Second Coming.
2. To apply these Principles and set Foundation of Faith and Foundation of Substance, so we can stand in the position of common base with the Messiah and receive his Blessing.
3. To have the needed skeleton foundation to understand and follow True Parent's direct guidance, and go through the Completion Stage of spiritual development.
What is the result of being successful in going through this process? It is not to stay as a Formed spirit (Middle Spirit World level). It is not to grow only to Live Spirit (Paradise spirit world level). No! It is to become a Divine Spirit. Do you know what that means? Did we reach that level?
As DP says, “When.. the spirit man becomes a divine spirit.. the spirit man can feel and perceive everything in the invisible world." And those who read the Principle, I noticed, have this 'spiritual sensibility' way more developed, just as Father explained it will happen.

Our spirit grows enlightened with the Truth
As our spirit grows enlightened with the Truth we ascend spiritually from the darkness of death and our spirit enters into the brilliance of God's heavenly light. As Heung Jin Nim explained:
"If you want to ascend to Heaven, first you have to go through a door between the Middle Level of the spiritual world and Paradise. As you enter you see fog, such as you see when you climb a mountain just before you reach the summit; looking down you see the fog beneath you, and as you descend the fog again gets thicker and thicker. But as you continue upward and approach the Kingdom of Heaven it gets brighter."
How do we look spiritually? "Since we have accepted the Word and have been resurrected, our spirit selves have taken on proper form," but "most of those who have not gone through resurrection have an animal-like spirit self."
"Ok Soon Shin, a lady... whose spiritual eyes were open, told us that... the spirit selves of those who have not gone through resurrection walk on all fours like animals. She told us that since we have accepted the Word and have been resurrected, our spirit selves have taken on proper form. She also said that most of those who have not gone through resurrection have an animal-like spirit self that crawls on the ground. Furthermore, people’s spirit selves take the form of dogs when their ancestors were sexually promiscuous, the form of a pigs if they were greedy and the shape of snakes if they were liars. Gil Ja Sa also explained how Father was not able to speak directly to people who were not in a position to give them love. Their form was not yet human. So, "Father treated people differently according to whether they were in Father’s realm of direct dominion or in the indirect dominion."
"Father told us, “The reason was that those who are not in a position where I can have direct dominion and give my love directly have spirit selves whose forms are not yet human.”
Father said the best way for him to love such people is to let them learn from the words he speaks to others. They can repent and repeat the process of resurrection to have their spiritual selves return to the normal form."
Do not leave the Principle on the shelf
"We must center on the Principle and unite with it. We should not leave the Principle on the shelf, but should keep faith in it and substantiate it. By perfecting ourselves as the substance of the Principle, we become sons and daughters whom God can love." Father, 1973

For thousands of years Humanity was "searching for truth in order to conquer ignorance and attain knowledge... Only then, completely liberated from ignorance and living solely in goodness in accord with the desires of the original mind, will we enjoy eternal happiness." DP, Introduction
Are we aware of the power of this light, contained in that book? Are we grateful and appreciating the sacrifice done for receiving this grace? God worked throughout the painful history of restoration to make these Principles revealed to us. What a sin it is to neglect it? Do we understand how precious it is? Without first understanding, beliefs do not take hold
The Principle states that our "ultimate purpose... can be attained only when one first believes it in one's heart and then puts it into practice. However, without first understanding, beliefs do not take hold." DP, Introduction
How can we expect our youth to believe something they don't know and understand? What do we expect them to practice if they don't really know the Principle way? Who is responsible for that failure? Is it they themselves? Their parents? Their leaders? You cannot blame God, he gave you the Truth. So, who is responsible?

The problem gets deeper when you find out that many parents and even some leaders never read DP more than few times. But reading just few times is not really enough to understand deeply. It gets even worse if the lecturers and leaders themselves don't know the deeper spiritual meaning and applications of the Principle. What a spiritual crime if they don't distinguish wright and wrong correctly. Or as Mother said, "Blind people leading the blind."
The Principle states, "unable to guide people even to the level of understanding, much less to belief, they are unable to fulfill their purpose." DP, Introduction
Our Thoughts, Emotions and Will should be united with God
"Without the proper functioning of emotion, intellect and will, one cannot live the life of a true human being." DP, Introduction

We the leaders are not the model. True Parents are the only model. True Parents give the path of the life of restoration and recreation which all humanity of this age in both the physical and spiritual worlds must walk. True Parents are the "Substantial Words."

True Love is only possible within the Principle
Father said, The Principle is God's Love. It helps to, "Make yourself a tuning fork, resonating with and vibrating along God’s frequency. Resonate with God’s unselfishness."

What is love out of the Principle? False love! (That was the Fall. That broke God's Heart.) As DP says, without knowing the Truth our Intellect, Emotion and Will will not function properly. And our Consciousness cannot distinguish what's wright or wrong. Unitingwith Satan's selfish heart, humanity failed to connect to and understand God's Heart and Principles.
TF: DP is Love / True Love is only possible within God's Principles (Truth & Love are interconnected)
And remember, Satan used 'love' to make humanity Fall. Precisely because God created love to be stronger than the Principle, Adam and Eve were supposed to keep faith in the Word, to be able to achieve True Love.
Even today, Satan is still using 'love' as a bate to fool you away of the Principle. False shepherds will tell you, 'love' is more important, and use that as excuse not to study the Truth. They would say that to mislead you into Humanism and Relativism. Remember - 'Ignorance' gives Satan power to dominate us. The Complete Truth is to bring us out of this ignorance, and help us Subjugate Satan.
Once TF gave a long speech titled 'True Love', but what was curious, he didn't mention anything of the humanistic notions of love, instead he only spoke of the level of sacrifice of the victorious central figures.
Lecturers and members who do not really understand the Principle are easily misled to confuse emotions and Heart. Father scolded that. Love is the strongest power and can lead to destruction if not directed by Truth. Love is expression of all the 3 functions of our mind; Emotions (that should express Beauty), Intellect (Truth), Will (Goodness). They are all one, Father said, and cannot be separated, just different stages of development (Formation, Growth, Completion):
That's why in our materials for Character Education, what is the chart for 'balanced education' of love and character? The foundation is the loving environment in the family where we grow, absorbing that emotionally. The growth stage is to rationally learn the heavenly norms, for good, harmonious relationships. Only on that foundation we can perfect our Will, mastering Skills, that can contribute to a better world.
The place we end up in the spirit world, Heung Jin Nim says, is decided by how we lived our lives on the earth. Why he warns that "most of the spirits are placed in various regions of hell and the middle realms"? Because, "The laws of the spiritual world must be absolutely obeyed" and we "cannot go against the Principle."
